At Armzhouse, our goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, and motivating environment where everyone can pursue their boxing and fitness goals. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all members, guests, and staff. Your cooperation ensures that everyone enjoys their experience.

Attitude:

• Treat everyone with respect and care 
• Avoid the use if offensive or inappropriate language
• Respect others privacy; ask for consent before taking any photos or videos

Personal belongings:

• Outside shoes must be taken off and gym shoes/boxing boots inside only. We take hygiene and cleanliness seriously.
• Members must wear suitable attire for training as agreed with the coach. Keep long hair tied up, jewellery that can be taken must be taken off.
• Use designated lockers if available for personal items.
• Please keep all of your belongings with you in a bag and clear off the gym floor, we are not responsible for any lost valuables or kit.

Equipment Use:

• Wipe down equipment after use with provided cleaning supplies
• Return equipment to it’s place after use
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to coaches/staff.
• Observe gym hours and policies.
• Respect the property; refrain from defacing or damaging any part of the facility.

Only authorized Armzhouse staff may provide personal training or coaching services.

Unauthorized coaching or training is not permitted.

Notify staff of any changes to personal information.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership, at the discretion of Armzhouse.
